Getting to Prague…
Prague is one of the most accessible destinations in Central Europe, offering excellent international connections by air, rail, road, and public transport.
By Air
Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) serves numerous direct flights from major European cities and selected intercontinental destinations. The airport is located approximately 15 km from the city centre and is connected by public transport, airport buses, taxis, and ride-sharing services.
By Train
Prague is a major railway hub with direct international connections to cities such as Vienna, Berlin, Budapest, Hamburg, Warsaw, and Bratislava. The main railway station, Praha hlavní nádraží, is located in the city centre and provides easy access to hotels and public transport.
By Car
The Czech motorway network connects Prague with neighbouring countries, making travel by car convenient from Germany, Austria, Poland, and Slovakia. Several parking facilities are available throughout the city, although public transport is often the fastest way to move around central Prague.

Located in the historic city centre on the banks of the Vltava River, just a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge and within walking distance of many of Prague’s main attractions.
From the Airport
From Václav Havel Airport Prague, the venue can be reached in approximately 35–45 minutes by public transport or 25–35 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic conditions.
By Public Transport
The nearest metro stations are:
- Staroměstská (Metro A) – approximately 8 minutes on foot
- Můstek (Metro A/B) – approximately 10 minutes on foot
- Národní třída (Metro B) – approximately 8 minutes on foot
Several tram lines also serve the area, with stops at Karlovy lázně and Národní divadlo, both within a short walking distance of the venue.
On Foot
Novotného lávka is situated in the heart of Prague’s historic centre. Many hotels in Prague 1 are within walking distance, allowing participants to enjoy the city’s unique atmosphere while travelling to and from the conference.
